- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostic charge is $65 plus repairs. Client will not be charged anything except for the diagnostic charge until we come to a mutual agreement
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For 1st time new customers the email you or text a picture of the technician for safety purposes. We will call or text with a appointment time
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I provide consultant work for a multitude of local companies and national companies regarding HVAC training
