This is close to my heart because I have a very close family member who was born with a condition called hydrocephalous, and I truly know the difficulties and struggles they face. We offer Installation of Furnaces , Air Condition Systems, and Heat Pumps along with Mini Split Systems. We install air purifiers , humidifiers, and Dehumidification systems. We also perform complimentary Combustion Analysys and Evaporator Leak Searches on All Service Calls. I cannot say enough good things about Darren. Our air conditioning went out on Friday evening. I went to Google and had no luck finding anyone. I woke up Sunday morning and remembered that a friend recommended Thumbtack. I got on first thing and Darren responded right away. (I should have contacted him on Friday) Darren was at my home at the time he stated. He sent me a pic of himself and his beautiful family so I would know him when he arrived. Darren looked at our system, gave me an estimate and fixed our a/c. Darren also gave us a few other thinks we could repair later that would make our system more efficient. I will be calling Darren again for those additional repairs and for annual cleaning. THANK YOU DARREN!!

Darren is the only person we want doing anything with our heating and cooling. He’s very knowledgeable. He’s reasonable in pricing, especially when you consider the service & education you get in return for what you pay. He’s consistent. I can probably exceed the limit of characters allowed when explaining the reasons that we don’t want anyone else involved with our hvac. Please note, in case someone is wondering, we weren’t paid by My Tech to give these comments. We’re genuine customers that are appreciative for the service we’ve received.

Diagnostic charge is $65 plus repairs. Client will not be charged anything except for the diagnostic charge until we come to a mutual agreement
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For 1st time new customers the email you or text a picture of the technician for safety purposes. We will call or text with a appointment time
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I provide consultant work for a multitude of local companies and national companies regarding HVAC training
