We had Mr. Rooter out to install a new water softener and kitchen faucet. Matt and Ashton were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were both kind and professional, and did their very best to keep me informed on what was happening, answering any and all questions along the way. If you're in the market for a plumber look no further! These guys are the best!

Dan and his team were great. Dan made recommendations and discussed his quote with us. After making the decision to move forward a date for install was set up. The install was done quickly and efficiently. Everything was handled over the phone. I have a busy work schedule so to be able to execute this by phone and email was very helpful. We replaced our water softener and gas water heater that was installed by Dan 23 years ago. Lets see if this one will last as long.

Neither our sump pump nor our backup unit seemed to be responding, so we called Mr. Rooter. After setting up an appointment, we were sent text confirmations with pictures of the technician who would be coming. No surprises here. Arrived right on time.Dan looked it over, gave us options, and showed us a way to fix the problem and save hundreds of dollars. By the end of the day, we were back in operation.We are also grateful for the way in which the installation was documented. Information about the unit, its installation, the owner's manual, phone numbers, and dates were neatly posted for future reference. The finishing touches of a true professional!

Dan Leismer and his team were great. I received a quote quickly by email with some options. Dan reviewed the options by phone and made recommendations. Due to the high iron content in our water we had to install a water conditioner that could handle the iron removable. Dan and Mark came out and installed a water softener/conditioner along with a new water heater. They replaced units that they installed 23 years ago. Phone follow up by office staff was great. Questions were answered and correspondence was handled efficiently. We have some other projects that Mr. Rooter will be helping us with. Mr. Rooter is located in Milford and our home is in Syracuse.
