What a wonderful experience we had with Twists to Remember!!! Thank you, Mindy for making the entire process enjoyable and stress free. The balloon decor was so beautiful and the cotton candy service and balloon twisting went over wonderfully! All of the kids and even adults enjoyed the services, it was a perfect touch to our Halloween wedding!!! Highly recommend, thank you both so much for the amazing experience!!!!

Twists to Remember was awesome! Fast response. Kids loved the balloons and cotton candy. They were able to create on the spot when one kids asked for an infinity gauntlet. Professional, timely and great to work with. Looking forward to working with them again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves on being able to help a customer create the atmosphere and experience wanted for their guests. We like to discuss with our customers the type of event they are envisioning, and then we provide suggestions and options that will help them achieve their vision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff have learned techniques from multiple experts in the field as well as through experience. Twists to Remember staff continued to expand their knowledge of balloon decor and twisting by receiving further training in this field at the 2017 Twist n Shout Balloon Convention in Florida, 2018 Twist n Shout Balloon Convention in Las Vegas, and 2018 Balloon Convention by Balloon Coach in Florida.
