- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike some other cleaning companies who serve residences, I don't charge by the hour - I charge by square footage - and the cent per square foot operates on a sliding scale based on the scope of work requested by the client (ie general clean vs deep clean). You can think of this as a no-nonsense, "by the job" flat rate. Clients I serve have the peace of mind that if a job meets an unexpected circumstance and requires more labor, it will never cost them more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always request an in-person walkthrough before giving the quote. It is the gold standard practice for any industry in home services. I will meet at a time and date most fitting for the client, shake hands, and walk and talk as we discuss exact what the expectations are - fair for both parties. Clients can expect a price on the spot. This process takes anywhere from ten to twenty minutes and is always complimentary and no-obligation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am OSHA trained to operate in various commercial settings, including warehouses and food manufacturing.
