Introduction: I take extra time and a lot of leg work to complete some of transaction. At times I get buyers who other Realtors don't want to work with because of the problems involved in their financing or other requirements to buy some property. I take those clients as a challenge and work very hard to finish the transaction. Sometime they may not work out but most of the time with a lot of leg work everything comes to fruitation and the transaction is closed. What it all boils down to is; I see problems as a challenge and I will do everything in power to make things work out for the better.
