- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free over the phone consultation. We can typically provide a ballpark project estimate after a phone consultation. If both parties would like to move forward after that, then we will send out an estimator to look at the scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers! We like to start off with a phone conversation and a ballpark estimate. Then we can come onsite to look at the project if the ballpark is close to what the customer is wanting to spend. We can help with all the details of the remodel and ensure that the new customer is comfortable with everything that is going on with the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the general contracting field for over 10 years. We are licensed with the state of Indiana. We are also bonded and insured. We can pull all necessary permits involved with the large scale projects.
