We love the challenge of taking on something new, or something someone else couldn’t get done! There’s been multiple times we’ve arrived somewhere that a different pro messed up or didn’t do very good work and the client wanted us to fix it! If it’s a job that we don’t believe is safe or something we don’t have the capabilities to do, we will respectfully back down from the job without doing any damage! We have only had to do that one time since we’ve been in business! If you hire us, we aren’t going to be done with the job until it’s the kinda of work we would want done in our own home! However, we are also quick and courteous while we do it!

I would highly recommend Justin to everyone that wants a pro that will take care of the job as it was in his own home. He wall mounted and installed my 75"TV. He is very clean with his work, and he did such professional job in concealing the wires of the TV that I was surprised! I would do business with him again and over again! Justin was exceptional, he took great pride in his work, made certain that the tv stand was mounted exactly right. After it was installed, he literally took it down because he wasn't comfortable with the way it hung the first time. I highly recommend the team!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can’t really set specific prices for what we do. There are just so many variables in pretty much every project we do, but we try and stay competitive with every other pro, with also knowing that we are going to deliver a better product!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try and make contact, be polite and e plain everything we believe is needed. But in the end, we do what the customer wants done, even if it’s not how we recommended, as long as it’s safe and still quality!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with a licensed electrician in residential, commercial, and industrial for over 4 years! I also worked as an electrical maintenance technician for 2 years at chemical plant on Indy’s west side! Everything else we do, we’ve picked up by doing our own, research, and trial and error! We feel like there isn’t much we can’t do!
