What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most importantly, ALL of our sessions include printing rights and digital copies of all retouched images from the session! We believe that these are your photos and you should be able to print them wherever you want.
Do you want professional prints? We can help with that too, and prints can be order directly from our site. Either way, we're happy to serve your needs!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically schedule stuff via text or email, but we're always happy to discuss things over the phone or in person if they like. It's really whatever the customer is most comfortable with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in multimedia, along with over 10 years in the print industry and 9 years of freelance photography experience. I bring a broad range of photographic experience to my weddings, since I also shoot images for magazines. With both commercial photography and photojournalism experience, I bring this to every wedding we shoot. This helps you get great images no-matter what the weather or lighting is on your big day.
