- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices generally are $130 for bridal, $85 for bridesmaids. $85 for special events, with then options to add on lash extensions/ facials/ skin treatment.. I ONLY do airbrush foundation and this also includes strip lash applications. Travel fee varies on distance and how many people are getting their makeup done. The more people the less I charge to travel. Halloween/special effects/ theatrical makeup is $85/hr starting from your appointment time. Shoots and events that take more time 8 have a day and half day rate as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to feel them out and see what they are looking for. Obviously as a mua with a skincare background I really want to get a feel for that persons skin as well so the makeup can really shine and they can feel super confident. So a consultation is my starting point. Followed by a pretrial for brides or some facials/ chem peels what have you to improve their skin. Then we go from there .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a two year makeup and special effects program and later obtained my esthetics license.
