As the new HOA President of a 8 building 48 units townhome complex, the crew at Chilin worked hand and hand with our HOA Board, membership as well as other trades while we addressed years of deferred maintenance. We found them to very be professional and conscientious of each units color palette while recommending cost savings approaches to maintain the look and feel of the community. They were very thorough and did an excellent job . They worked on my schedule and within budget. They took great pride in their work and we plan on utilizing them on the remaining buildings. Great job Walter and crew !!!
