- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The introductory session is $20. The cost of training involved a few variables, but our prices are better than competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An introductory session is generally going to include a brief workout that will get your heart rate up and show me where you are at when it comes to fitness. I will also show you a few yoga poses that I have found benefit basically everyone and lay nutritional groundwork. From there we can determine what you need to achieve your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ISSA certified. Currently studying to achieve their “Elite” status.
