Came over and fixed my hot tub within 1 day of asking for help. The hot tub was down for almost a month then within 24 hours of service was fixed and I was back in. Fairly priced and efficient. My local hot tub store wanted to replace my entire heat/computer system for $1000 plus. Working through Pool Spa & Medic, we were able to avoid the full replacement and save me hundreds of dollars.

Bill was able to get to my repair a couple days after requesting service for my hot tub. Bill and his partner were quick in diagnosing the problem and had the repair made in no time. I will call Bill with any problems with my hot tub.
