Overall, I was pleased with my experience. I booked for a move- in cleaning. Empty apartment - no furniture. Cleaning staff arrived about 15 mins late but were friendly and my schedule was flexible enough to accommodate it. I was away while the service was completed. When I returned, there were a few areas I wanted revisited. I made that request and it was responded to promptly. There was no pushback or minimizing of my asks. Another cleaner was able to come within an hour and left everything exactly as I wanted. I was impressed by their professionalism and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. That’s why even though it wasn’t a perfect experience, I will be booking their services again.
