What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer will reach out to me and set up a time that is convenient for them. I will come out and meet with them and listen to their needs and customized a detailed cleaning plan for them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give me a call and I will come out and meet with you to go over all of your janitorial needs. Once we come up with a plan, I stop in biweekly to make sure my staff is doing what you have contracted us to do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended many ISSA conferences. I have multiple years in the janitorial business.
