The quality of work that Purple Shine has done is out of this world. Not only have they treated my home as their own, they were able to resolve problem areas that I had forgotten about because they had been a stubborn issue for so long. Stephanie was able to finish a deep clean under very short notice that a previous company failed to communicate they weren’t going to be able to complete in the time they allotted despite my clear attempts to meet ahead of time to ensure there was plenty of time and resources to do so. Not knowing these details, she called ahead to understand the job ahead of her, what I expected, what she provided how she worked, and if either of us had any special circumstances to work with. She was incredible to work with and went above and beyond what was asked. I feel as though she helped me time travel with the deep clean so I could move forward with my next steps. If you are on the fence about hiring cleaning services for a deep cleaning, regular services, hop off the fence and reach out to Purple Shine now. I can’t believe I waited this long. I’m happy to say that I’m now a regular client of Purple Shine and will be using their service bi-weekly to stay on top of things.

We have a very busy schedule and Purple Shine Cleaning was able to squeeze us in pretty fast for a cleaning. The cleaner Stephanie that came to our house was very polite. She showed up ready to work and started right away after we kind of showed her what we wanted done. We had to go grocery shopping so our oldest daughter stayed home. Stephanie made sure that we were satisfied with her work before leaving. I LOVED the way our house felt so clean once we came back home from shopping. We picked a couple add ons when we did a walk through with her and I'm very pleased! Will be booking again after the holiday season!
