Introduction: As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach of Burpees for Breakfast Fitness, I help women move well, get strong and live their best life. I started my career in the fitness industry as a bootcamp instructor for a local gym in 2014. Since then I have worked as a trainer, coach and instructor. Corrective exercise and mobility are two staples in all my client programs. I am a firm believer in building a strong foundation, starting with basics. I love lifting weights and strive to empower my clients to get strong physically and mentally through strength training. When it comes to nutrition, I believe in an Intuitive Eating approach - enjoying real food without obsession, guilt or restriction. I write weekly on my blog, Burpees for Breakfast. A few of my favorite things include doughnuts, high-waisted leggings and hanging out with my husband Kris and fur kids Oscar and Mimosa!
