Very happy with the quality of work. Arrived exactly when scheduled was very honest with what needed to be done and what didnt or what could wait. Very professional. Had my system up and going in no time. I would highly recommend!

Travis was very professional and up front about cost and explains what they’re doing. I had him check my backflow in my sprinkler system since it was just gushing water all over the place. He said on the phone that it may not be the backflow and they’ll find out what the problem really was. It did turn out to be the backflow. It had a broken piece inside. He said he could just replace the broken piece but he said that one piece is really expensive since it’s hard to find that piece bc it’s an older type of backflow. I also asked him to cap off a couple of sprinkler heads. He suggested not to cap off one of them since it can still water the area. He’s really easy to work with. :)

Every other company either did not answer (which was most of them) or they could not come out to open and inspect my system for a month.

Details: Residential • No repairs, only maintenance • Midsummer checkup - system checkup during harsh, dry season • Spring activation - system needs to be reactivated • Winterization - system needs to be blown out and shut off

This company was exceptional to work with. My husband and i got quotes from a few different companies. Hands down the best Irrigation Company in the Indianapolis Area. I have had a few other companies in the area out to service my system in the past these guys are by far the best. Special pricing on purchase of Yearly Service Packages Senior Citizen and Military Discounts of 10%
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is form of contact phone, email, text etc. Followed by meeting with customer to discuss project or projects that the customer may have and an estimate will be given to the customer. Then the project or projects will be performed to the customers satisfaction. Some bigger projects installations reworks or add-on will receive an addition follow up or meeting with the homeowner to educate on new installation or talk about what was done in the project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service technicians are highly trained and educated in all aspects of the irrigation industry. They are constantly being educated on the new water saving technology that the industry has to offer.
