The deep clean of our entire house was absolutely amazing! Hoosier Home and Office Cleaning did such an incredible job, and the attention to detail really showed. Everything was spotless and fresh, and they got into all those areas that are so easy to overlook.
It honestly felt like I had a brand-new house when they were finished! They did an amazing job from top to bottom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Hoosier Home and Office Cleaning and will definitely be using them again! ❤️

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always work with our customers to be sure our prices are competitive, but also because we are a small business, we can give discounts on any job. We love saving our customers money, and strive to be one of the lowest price quotes given. That way anyone can afford a cleaning! No hidden fees ever, and we are always honest and up front before we start a job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to come out and meet our potential clients first, and let them decide if we’re a right fit! Take a walkthrough of what needs to be done. By the time we leave we all usually feel like we made a new friend!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have over 25 years of customer service experience. Both were managers or supervisors in our previous industries.
