Hendricks Appliance Service was great! My fridge was not getting things cold in the freezer or the fridge. Dereck answered my call and came out to take a look at it. He was very professional and even looked at a couple other things I needed fixed. Thumbtack is now my go to for any repairs I need and I'm keeping Hendricks Appliance Service at the top.

Deadrick was very responsive. Very professional. Fixed my dryer in less than an hour. Explained what the issue was and repaired and now my dryer is heating. I also have a one year warranty on the heating element and fuse that needed replaced.

The first thing you need to know is the Derrick is honest and ethical. He came out to look at a leaky in-door ice dispenser on my GE fridge. Derrick quickly determined it wasn’t actually broken, we had inadvertently blocked an intake. He could have told us anything but he only charged us the $39 trip fee. We were kind of stunned. He said he likes working on his own because he was pressured by a previous employer to bill for unnecessary repairs. Makes me really wonder about other repairs we’ve had from bigger companies. Scheduling was a little tricky, the app doesn’t have an accurate schedule, but it’s 100% worth messaging him & working through that.

Derrick from Hendricks Appliance Service is a true Professional! His service is exceptional. in my 50 plus years of having service performed on my appliances Derick, is outstanding. He quickly analyzed my washing machine then explained precisely the cause of the problem and the part which was needed to fix it.
