Eric had excellent communication and was able to schedule the job in a tight timeframe. He even called to see if we could do the job early since a previous job had gone so well. Eric and his son were very friendly, sociable, and hard working. They explained each step of the process as they were doing it and asked for my approvals when things weren't going perfectly to plan because the builder cut corners. They adapted to the job as things changed (more tiles needing to be removed) and one needing to be notched. He also provided tips to me about matching the grout color because the old grout is so much darker from being walked on. They are great people who did a great job. I'd happily hire them again.

Being so far away Jackson’s was the first to eagerly respond to my request in some remodeling of my parents home 400 miles away. Eric came the next business day, gave an honest estimate from replacing flooring, new water heater and filtration system along with a new hurricane proof door and even after all said and done, he did way more than expected and never hesitated while still keeping the project cost effective. Jackson’s is now my official handyman when I’m not in town.

Eric and his son were awesome!! They hung 2 ceiling fans, wall mounted a tv, put a bed frame together, and changed out lights. They were professional, hardworking, and a pleasure to be around. I will definitely use them in any other jobs around the house I need help with.

Eric and his son were very proficient in assemblying furniture, installing ceiling fans (to include individual crystals on chandelier part of fan) and hanging wall clock. The only negative is they were not on board with wearing masks and have not gotten their Covid vaccines.
