I hired Lesley to do a move-out clean for my house. She was very responsive to message and her price was reasonable. My house smells really good after she cleaned it (love it). I like that we were able to do walk trough inside the house together, and when I need couple spots to be cleaned more, she was on it! I hope you can add carpet steam into your service in the future, that would be a plus for your service. Lastly, thank you so much Lesley for your service, Best of luck for you!

I contacted Lesley and she responded right away, coming the next day. She came in asked what needed to be done and then completed what I asked for and so much more. I never knew how deep a cleaning could be till she came in. She was very punctual even being here earlier then first said and once she got here I can personally say she worked her butt off to get everything done. I will be hiring her again many many more times and her pricing is so inexpensive for the quality work she does.

Not clear on service time charged me a flat fee left before tasks completed, service that actually was completed was definitely sub-par. Will not rehire. There are people in the area for the same price that have gone beyond expectation.

This cleaning was from June 18th......cleaning aloud time was 3hrs..... With amount of clothes was at lest 5hr job..... I am not below average.... I am a cleaning Professtional with 10 yr experience..... And have routine clients still from when I open my business 3yrs ago. I even gave you a discount to make it affordable....I did around 100 miles around trip....flat rate as in pro rate have $15hr for aloud time plus include supplies and gas...... The amount was do at time of end of service. I had contact thumbtack due to payment not being paid. On 3rd I had no choice to require a late fee. And payment was paid in timely manner before late fee got added. If you found a cleaner closer meet your needs that's great that they are closer for you..... I am ok not being rehired because after I was treated your services was already terminated..... I wish you the best luck..... Thank you for review.... I accept good and bad..... Between care.com, facebook and thumbtack, out of 50 reviews only 4 one 2 or 3 stars and rest are 5 stars.... I have sooo many refer me to their friends and family..... And I know I am unable please everyone and this one can clearly show..... So again thank you for the review
