FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer several packages. My Wedding Day Coordination package is for couples who just want help at the very end of the planning process. With this package I am there for the final month of planning as well as the rehearsal and the big day! I also offer parcel and full service planning packages. The difference between the two is the level of service. With the Essentials Package (parcel) I guide you through the entire planning process and you do the legwork. With the Full Service Package, I do all the legwork and you get to sit back and enjoy the process. Either way you make all the decisions! I also offer Hourly Consulting for couples who just need help on a specific task. And I also have an Officiant package.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Association of Bridal Consultants requires continuing education for membership advancement. I currently am a Wedding Consultant level member and I am working towards becoming a Professional Bridal Consultant level member.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research! Check out their website, portfolio, and references. Are they on other industry websites? Do they have good reviews? Contact them by phone and ask lots of questions. When you contact them, do they respond back quickly? You want to be able to easily get in contact with them if they are going to be working with you.
