After spending the last 13 years as production supervisor and 20 years working on houses on the side. I've decided to chase my passion and pursue what I love to do. I provide excellent quality and service. You wont be disappointed. I provide service such as pressure washing, home restoration, customized bars and counter tops, painting, staining, and much more. If we come across something I don't know how to do, it's a great chance I can refer you to someone that does. I'm not looking at making a killing. For me, this is an opportunity to get out and meet knew people and doing what I've always wanted to do (and that's to help others).

Sam provides a great value and did all the running around when he needed parts. The program went longer than expected because WE did not fully explain the scope. He still charged us the same amount even though we chose to pay him more.

Sam did a great job! Fixed my door and hung my tv very securely. Responsive and brought all the right tools. It's sometimes hard to find a company/person you feel good about using again and I can safely say I found one. I give my wholehearted recommendation.

I believe my prices are more than far plus a quality
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to visit the job site before estimating anything. I do realize in today's world along with timing that is not always possible. I just want to see us both get a far deal. I also work better visually, I don't ask a lot of questions. My job is to know my work and what I'm attempting. You know what the end result is your looking for and I will make sure I have a clear understanding of what that is. If I have to ask you all the questions for the answer's I want. I'm not very good at my job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Prosser as a junior. but mostly self taught. I've been flipping houses for awhile, these projects keep me busy and moving.
