- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are affordable and experienced. Repeat customers often enjoy discounts and Referrals get a cash 'thank you' from us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first communicate with you about the project requirements and the project deadlines. Then we come out and visit the project site for a free estimate which is then emailed to you. Upon approval we will get you set up on our schedule. Then when we are finished with the work and you are satisfied with the results we will send you an invoice for the completed project! Some customers may be asked for a down payment or payments broken up throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My dad and grandpa were both painters who successfully ran their own painting companies. I personally have been painting for 20 years since I was in my teens. My dad, Mike Corbett, is now a part of our team here at 139 coatings and often lends his experience to me.
