- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike big companies I’m not going to make you pay an arm and a leg, I am fair and reasonable
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself , asking the customer what they are wanting done , the approximate size, location, timeline they need it done by ,and the budget range if they are open to sharing that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing concrete for 6 years and going on , the guys I do concrete with also provide great work ethics and out standing finished product as we hold our self to a standard most companies don’t we care for the customers needs and we deliver
