Kenneth replaced 3 ceiling fans. He was on time and technically proficient. When one of the fans developed an issue he returned and made adjustments. Would hire in the future .

I didn’t even get to meet pro. We had scheduling and a mistyped address issue and we both were understanding. Pro had to reschedule This was in good faith…then just days before the job was to be done, I received a policy change and that I wold need to pay a down posit. He was very defensive when I questioned the changes if I trust him to come into my home to work, he should be honorable enough to his commitment by forcing a down payment I wish him good luck.
