- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Quoted prices are estimates based on only the information given. Prices are by the job not by the hour. Upon inspection of the actual condition of the project a more accurate price quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, determine what the customer wants done. Work with the customer to determine a good schedule for both parties. Finish the project(s) in a timely manner. The quality of the project is more important than the speed in which it is done. We don't have to live with finished product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm a trainer Army Engineer Officer for 32 years, an award winning master wood worker and a wood carving artist of over 40 years.
