I needed help creating/combing multiple PDF files for my assignment that's due before midnight, and I had no clue how to work with computers. Not technology savy at all, but Frederick stepped in and helped me. He is so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Exceptional is the word!!!! My mobo was quite the issue for installing my new CPU and I was worked with patiently whilst finding a solution despite it taking very long. The problem was completely unprecedented for us both. Thankfully the installation was a success. Peak air of professionalism.

This had to be the best interaction I've had with a Thumbtack service provider!! Fred reached out very quickly with what he believed my laptop issue to be and a loose estimate of timing and pricing. He gave me options of where to have the computer repaired (my home or his store) and even made the drive to pick the laptop up when I'd decided to go the store route. During the repair, a part that he'd ordered turned out to be the wrong fit and he quickly gave me an update when the issue arose. When my laptop was returned is looked brand spanking new. Fred not only took care while it was in his possession but he also cleaned it from top to bottom. If for nothing else, I'd recommend Fred based on his professionalism and value alone but he was also a pleasure to work with. I've now found my go-to for all my computer repair needs.
