She seemed extremely sweet and responded super quickly at first!! We spoke for several days and were looking forward to working with her and then she ghosted us. Didn’t answer or return my phone call, never messaged me back, and thankfully I was able to find someone else less than 24 hours before the surprise engagement for my friend. Just very disappointing especially considering the positive reviews she had. Maybe it was just a one-off, but I would’ve appreciated a response/explanation at the very least.

I truly could not have asked for anyone better to capture my engagement pictures. Coming from two people who have never had their pictures taken before and are awkward at posing, She made the session so much fun. We gave her full artistic freedom and I could not be happier! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes a lot of hidden services including: Pre-Production planning, basic equipment costs, basic editing assets, up to 3 client consultations, delivery fees, and data storage fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial consultation, we would move into Pre-Production which may include: contract signing, ideation, script writing, location scouting, acting talent acquisition, and contracting production crew members. After Pre-Production is complete, we'll move on to Production (Filming) and then Post Production (Editing).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of client experience with a bachelor's degree in video production, digital media storytelling and entrepreneurship.
