Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. You get what you pay for. You have heard this statement before, well it is very true when it comes to your heating and cooling system. There are a lot of places to save money, but your heating and cooling system should not be one. Regular maintenance on your system can save you hundreds, even thousands of dollars in the long run. Do not neglect you system, it is working almost every day of the year and needs professional attention just like your car does.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. CHANGE YOUR FURNACE FILTER !! It is one of the biggest issues we see. You as a homeowner can do this yourself. If you do not change your filter at least once a year you are asking for serious issues. We make so many service calls every year that could have been prevented by simply spending $15 on a new filter.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Do you gaurantee your work in writing? It is important to us that we let our clients know they will not have to pay us if soemthing goes wrong on the work we have done. Even if that part fails in the first YEAR.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Short term investment VS. long term savings. Anybody who is looking at major service work OR investing in a new system needs to be honest with themselves and decide on a dollar figure they can afford. They also need to consider how much they will save on there utility bills by not trying to keep that old system alive. It is our job to make sure you have all the information to make an informed decision. But we need you to tell us what you are willing to invest in your system.
