I have called upon RMC on several occasions for a variation of jobs. From installing a sliding glass door in my family room, remodeling my formal living room (with gas log fireplace), laying tile flooring in three bathrooms, stripping linoleum flooring and replacing it with laminated wood giving it a genuine hardwood floor appearance to fixing the gate on my backyard fence. RMC has done all of our home repair (after bad experiences with other companies) in the last 2 years in our 1960's home. From repairs to new projects I have no doubt that Tyler is giving me a fair deal and his crew always does a fantastic job! They are very meticulous! I also know I can leave him a key and go to work with complete trust. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would say it's a complicated system. What I use is XactRemodel which takes alot of the guess work out of the estimtiming part of my job and it keeps it consistant within this reigion. So my customers aren't paying the same as someone in Arizonia for the same project, this program calculates all the variabales for you. Although there are still a few thing that have to be thought out , but overall it has been a great tool and time saver. Plus it is the same estimatimg software that most insurance companies us as well, so thats why we are such a good fit in providing the repairs needed to our customers when the unexpected happens and they have to file an insurance claim.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would ask for references and check them and make sure that they are insured.
