What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% Senior, Veterans, and First Responders discount. We do charge a trip fee of 60.00 that will be credited to any repair they receive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking with them and understanding their concerns and problems and how we together can eliminate or improve their current situation in a respectful and responsive manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've recieved my HVAC primary training from USW Certification Classes in 2009 where I've recieved my ESCO Refrigeration Certification along with my Electrical Certificate. In the fall of 2024 I started continuing education classes at Ivy Tech Community College moving forward with my Associates Degree
