Yes, this is Larry’s concrete roofing and remodeling this guy and his wife did not have the funds to finish the project. They actually canceled the project after material was ordered and at the same time the northwest Indiana had the big storm on August 11 and we had major power outages in northwest Indiana, and on the Illinois side also cause that’s where they’re from there was no power couldn’t get no materials cause there was no power to get materials materials was paid for which I explained that to them when I talked to him and told him I don’t know if if I could cancel the materials. He said you do whatever you gotta do because we have no money to go through with this. I told him I’m willing to work with you however, long it’s gonna take for you to get the funds and on my contract, it does say no refunds. I explained that to him he’s just angry because he didn’t have the money to finish the project and then he went and said he’s got someone else to finish the project which I doubt that he did because he didn’t have the funds to do it cause they took them three weeks to come down with the down payment. They did not have enough money to put down for them to get the project up and going and then they left a few days after on vacation and they didn’t even notify me to let me know about it and that put everything behind also I tried to talk to them. I tried to negotiate with them. I told them whatever time it takes for me to come up with the rest of it. I’ll work with you, but there ain’t no talking to them. They could not afford to finish the project like I said the concrete was paid for I explained that to them and he did not. He kept telling me I can’t go through with it. I do not have the funds so I explained to him like by however long it’ll take I’ll work with You and he kept telling me no no no I want a refund. I want a refund and I told him I can’t give you a refund because materials was done both. Maybe we should talk about a partial refund minus materials minus the my fuel that I went up there cause I went up there four times and he didn’t want to do that so I tried to give them away out they didn’t I tried to give him two ways out he did not want it and I’m still willing to work with him
