My name is Tyler McAbee. I am a certified professional inspector and owner of ProSpect Home Inspections. I live in Portland with my beautiful wife and children. I've always enjoyed fixing things around the house and doing major home improvement projects. I really love working for my home-buying clients and helping them make smart decisions.
My services include certified home inspections, water testing, indoor air quality testing, mold testing, air clearance testing, and pest inspections.

Tyler was incredibly thorough, and made sure we understand everything throughout the inspection. He answered all the questions we had and gave recommendations for areas we weren't sure how to correct.

Tyler is a real stand up guy. We have used him twice and plan to use him again soon. He is very thorough, explains everything to you so you can uderstand it, and extremely nice. He answered all our questions and was very helpful.
