My focus is you. Buying a home is the biggest investment you will make. I understand how important it is to you. I give you 100% to make sure you know everything possible about your investment. I owned and operated a home improvement company for years. I understand what good quality work means. I can also spot poor quality and short cuts that somebody else may have taken which can cause you problems and money later. If you hire me as your home inspector. You will get a detailed report with pictures and explanations of all findings. We check all major components of the house. We go into the crawlspace, attic, roof etc. At the end of the inspection we like to walk the client thru the house to show them all the finding and answer all the questions you may have. Conduct the house inspection for us. At the beginning, he mentioned it might take 2.5-3 hours. End us spending almost 4 hours there and try to explain things to me during the inspection. I really appreciate his help during that processes. Some other small issues: my realtor reached to him during the after-inspection negotiation and mentioned there is one problem the inspector feel it is a big issue but didn't write up clearly in the report. We were glad that we made the phone call and made it clear. Another thing is after inspection i try to reach him and ask another issue which HVAC inspector pointed out. Unfortunately never hear back from him.

Tyler was great, he made sure to be very detailed but yet simple when explaining issues with the home, he made it easy to understand what should really be fixed and what's not that big of an issue but should still be in the back of my mind. As a 21 year old first time home buyer I obviously don't know squat about digging deep into a home and finding key issues. I've found a home that me and my Fiance both love and are crazy about. Tyler helped pull me back to reality and realize there are a few minor things that need done but overall it's a good house. I would surely hire again. Most detail oriented and professional person I've worked with on this journey thus far.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a 10% discount for new buyers. I also give 10% discount to first responders. I have spent 20 years in Fire/EMS and want to give back to the ones who serve.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normal inspection takes 2-3 hrs. I like to meet with the Client on location to go over all finding and answer all questions. Then you will receive a very detailed report with in 24 hrs. The inspection will be complete with details, and pictures showing findings. I can also meet back on location if needed to show and explain findings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the approved Indiana Home Inspector training requirement. I also continue to learn every week with continued education training along with hands on training.
