They were late coming out to the initial on-site estimate, but did let me know, so it wasn’t a big deal. Took measurements with his phone and told me I would hear back from him the following day for exact quote. Two days later I hadn’t heard anything, (which was still ok, people get busy) so I msged him and asked him if he had any updates. Here we are another two days after that, and still no response.
