- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive and if you currently have a quote from another company, I will do my best to beat their quote and win your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, I introduce myself and see exactly what they are needing fixed/repaired, while gathering the necessary information to help them with their needs. Its a very pleasant, easy, and stress free experience overall.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I have been a kid, I have worked with my father, fixing, demoing, and remodeling and learning the trade from him all my life. I made the change to do this on my own 4 years ago and have never regretted the decision to always keep learning and perfecting the trade. I am fully insured and can complete mostly anything regarding home remodeling to home repair. If there is something I cannot do, I dont try it and recommend someone else to do the job.
