We’ve had a growing leak and I found Babcock and Sons on Google/thumbtack. Checked their reviews which were great! 5 star rating. I messaged them and didn’t expect to hear back for a few days. Jason Babcock contacted me shortly after my request and came over since more rain is coming. Checked the roof, siding. Found a couple issues and took care of it all in the same day! Awesome!

Jason was extremely professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He replied within minutes, scheduled an assessment, and came out the next day even with the terrible weather conditions. He seemed to truly care and was willing to come out with bad weather to protect the house from further damage. He was very well priced, showed us everything that need to be fixed, and talked through our options. He went beyond what we asked and was willing to assess for more things that we brought to him once he was at the house. He arrived on time, went out to get more parts and completed the all jobs in one day (including window sill repair, wall water damage, light switch repairs, ceiling fan installation, painting, and porch railing repair). He was very flexible with our asks and I cannot express how happy we are with his work. I would 110% recommend him to any and everyone! We will definitely be reaching out to him again for future projects!

My pricing is very competitive and if you currently have a quote from another company, I will do my best to beat their quote and win your business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, I introduce myself and see exactly what they are needing fixed/repaired, while gathering the necessary information to help them with their needs. Its a very pleasant, easy, and stress free experience overall.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I have been a kid, I have worked with my father, fixing, demoing, and remodeling and learning the trade from him all my life. I made the change to do this on my own 4 years ago and have never regretted the decision to always keep learning and perfecting the trade. I am fully insured and can complete mostly anything regarding home remodeling to home repair. If there is something I cannot do, I dont try it and recommend someone else to do the job.
