Had sagging floors and had Matt from accu level come out and inspect and confirm my suspicions on what was causing the issue. Not only did he answer my technical questions regarding previous homeowner work and crawl space construction concerns he was able to point out issues that would only have been seen after having experience and knowledge of foundation repair.

I worked with Josh on a project to fix my as it is sliding down a hillside.Josh was punctual, a great communicator and very detailed oriented. He clearly explained the scope of work, outlined the process and materials that would be used. He instilled peace of mind on the work.I was very pleased to meet him and be introduced to the Acculevel team.

Josh was amazing! First off, he contacted me the day before and even took the time to listen to my concerns and reassured me we would get to the bottom of the issue.He showed up right on time and was very personal and friendly right of the bat, which first impressions are important. I was actually carrying groceries in and he even offered to assist me.He never acted rushed and listened to me ramble for a good few minutes before showing the issue. Lol. Once I showed and explained my reason for the visit, he throughly explained everything I needed to know. He continued to answer any questions I had and did it without making me feel like I was asking too much like other companies do.I cant say enough about how happy we were with his professionalism. In the future, if we need any work done I can promise you this, we will be requesting him and your company. Thank you again for a great experience!

All pricing is subject to the needs of the individual home. Acculevel provides a unique estimate for each customer, free of charge, so that customers don't pay more than what is needed to repair their home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with setting a home inspection appointment with our call center, meeting with the project advisor during the home inspection, agreement on the repairs needed, scheduling repairs, and then the completion of repairs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Acculevel has 26+ years of service experience, repairing thousands of homes within its 5 state service area. All Project Advisors and Service Technicians are appropriately trained at our headquarters in Rossville, Indiana.
