- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is subject to the needs of the individual home. Acculevel provides a unique estimate for each customer, free of charge, so that customers don't pay more than what is needed to repair their home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with setting a home inspection appointment with our call center, meeting with the project advisor during the home inspection, agreement on the repairs needed, scheduling repairs, and then the completion of repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Acculevel has 26+ years of service experience, repairing thousands of homes within its 5 state service area. All Project Advisors and Service Technicians are appropriately trained at our headquarters in Rossville, Indiana.
