Cloutier Builders is a quality company with extensive experience! Our projects have always been completed in a timely manner! The crew is very respectable and it is a joy to have them in our home. We have had a bathroom remodel, kitchen facelift, and floor install, with more projects to come!!

Cloutier builders has a strong skilled crew, who are true matters of their craft. From specialty sized custom built door frames, to designing an entire basement floor plan to disguise 3 lolly columns... THEY NAILED IT. Every detail and payment along the way was communicated in email with proper invoices and payment schedule. They kept the Timeline on schedule and on budget. We cannot wait to hire them back, not to mention we will truly miss having them. They were always clean and tidy leaving the site, never inappropriate or loud while working, and being all their own materials and dispose of all waste off site. I couldn't ask for a better result.

We had a terrific experience with Cloutier Builders. From their first visit to our place to the final walk through, we were impressed by how quickly they understood our goals and the creative solutions they had to accomplish them without going over budget. It’s obvious they take great pride in their work and the final product is proof of that. We’re already thinking of the next projects we can have them work on!

Jim and Tyler were easy to work with most of the time. The job took longer than expected to finish but somewhat understandable given supply chain issues and labor shortages. We had some "misunderstandings" with regards to what the "soup to nuts" proposal/estimate included and I felt there were some extra charges that were exorbitant. So, make sure everything is spelled out as to what is included or not included. But, overall, the renovation looks great and I'm happy with the end result.

Where do I start with Cloutier Builders? From the first time they came out to look at our house they were wonderful. Work was done to our satisfaction. Everyday they left the area clean and free of debris, this was super important as we have a dog and little kids who run around often. Would hire them again! Already planning our next project with them.
