Contacted carpet Cleaners Plus last evening & they were able to come out today to take care of my residence. Mark was on time, professional, personable & knowledgeable. He did a great job on all my flooring for a very reasonable price. He took his time in stained & heavily trafficked areas to make sure it was done right. Highly recommended!

Carpet Cleaners Plus did a great job steam cleaning my carpeted stairs, bedroom and loft. Very high traffic areas with ground in dirt, and a puppy that has 'accidents' on the top landing. Carpet and stairs were well-cleaned using safe products. Stains and dirt are gone. Will use again.

We had all of the carpets cleaned in this house by another company when we purchased it a year ago. I was sorely disappointed. We reached out because the carpets frankly didn't smell clean and I wanted to take another shot at having them cleaned before tearing them out and starting over. I am SO glad I did. The quality of service this time around was amazing. The results blew us away. Rather than having carpets that were sopping wet, it was damp as you would expect but not sitting in water. The carpet is clean, smells wonderful, and he made it easy. Honestly, he needs to charge more! It is a gift when you find someone who takes such pride in their work that you know they are treating your home as they would their own. We will use him again without hesitation. Don't delay. Just book him and enjoy the results!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being an owner/operator, I do my best to give you the best price possible, I am confident and experienced. We offer 10% discounts for all military, and everyone over the age of 62. In an effort to keep prices down please only ask for availability if ready to clean. Thumbtack is a pay for lead site, contractors like myself are charged per contact. Thank you !

We are customer driven. You are important !!! Fully insured to put you at ease. Over 30 years experience, confident we can get the results you desire. Responsive and responsible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years experience in carpet and upholstery cleaning. Master series certified, along with yearly workshops to keep updated on new chemicals and techniques.
