Mark did a very great job. He arrived early and discussed with me what the best option was with cleaning my carpet for the best results. He was done with the job pretty fast and it came out so great! Would definitely recommend.

Mark came out on time to stream and clean my carpet. He was very friendly and did an excellent job. The carpet dried about 2- 3 hours later and it looks so clean!

When calling Mark he answered the phone and I gave him the square feet of the house and rooms. Mark called me that he was running 25 minutes behind and keep me updated because there was heavy road construction. Mark did an outstanding job in cleaning my entire carpets in the house. His prices are unbeatable. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone that needs carpetcleaning. You cannot go wrong if you pick Mark to clean your carpets. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being an owner/operator, I do my best to give you the best price possible, I am confident and experienced. We offer 10% discounts for all military, and everyone over the age of 62. In an effort to keep prices down please only ask for availability if ready to clean. Thumbtack is a pay for lead site, contractors like myself are charged per contact. Thank you !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are customer driven. You are important !!! Fully insured to put you at ease. Over 30 years experience, confident we can get the results you desire. Responsive and responsible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years experience in carpet and upholstery cleaning. Master series certified, along with yearly workshops to keep updated on new chemicals and techniques.
