- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge by the hour as that can result in some jobs being way over paid in my opinion I normally set up a date and time for personal interview and walk through to let the client know an exact price I can do for the whole job it's very hard to estimate a quote without seeing it and knowing what all the client is wanting done with that being said I give a set price at the end of walk through and personal interview I give my price and if the client is low income or having hard times or anything in that situation I do negotiate I am here to make people happy and take care of my clients at the end of the day I like to go home knowing I made everyone happy and I do match prices with other companies with the actual proof on hand but I honestly think I have probably the cheaper prices around and any of my prices I give on Here are just estimates but are the highest they can be they can very well be cheaper after a personal interview.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always put my customer first and always make sure I ask if there is any kind of cleaner that they prefer or dislike and ask what there preference is if any so I can meet all of there expectations because I am a firm believer in my customers being extremely happy with there complete service and most of all building a good relationship with my customers is very important to me having happy customer is so very important to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for business management for almost 4 years I also went for accounting I worked for a motel and nursing home in house keeping I worked both jobs at the same time it was a first and second shift job after doing that for almost 5 years I went in business with a good friend for about 3 years in house keeping we cleaned homes,apartment, condos, offices,and we done move in move out cleaning, and construction clean up on newly built homes to get them ready to close on with banks as my best friend had gotten very I'll she had to leave the business which left me going on my own for the last 4years so I have been in this field now and have about 14 years of experience in house keeping.
