Home Inspection Highlights:
My inspections are no quick walk through. I am often on site for 4 hours combing through each home to see as much as possible. My same-day reports are informative, easy to understand, and full of pictures. I want you to know what you are buying, what it needs, and how to maintain it. Most importantly, I can help you to separate general home maintenance items from what may be a big deal. (My rate is $500+ depending on the size of the home.)
In addition to standard home inspections I also offer:
- Radon Testing ($150+)
- Mold / Indoor Air-Quality Testing ($300-$340)
- Wood Destroying Insect Inspections ($60 w/ standard home inspection.)
Due to a conflict of interest, I can not provide handyman services for any home I have inspected within the previous 12 months. So when we work together please note that I can either inspect your home, or I can repair it. I just can't do both. (I’m a bit of a stickler for the rules.)
