My son loves taking riding lessons here. His trainer, Mary Lynn, is wonderful with him. The other trainers are great too. She makes sure he understands it all - from taking care of the horse to riding.
It was heaven to be back in a working barn again. Everyone was super nice, the instructor was passionate and knowledgeable, the horses well-cared for. It seems she worked me in at a time that wasn't a normal lesson time-later Friday night-so we shared the area for a bit with someone else, which made it less than ideal for both of us, but we all adapted and made it work. Not only did I get my riding lesson-barrel racing at last!- but I got clear feedback on the why of doing things a certain way, which I loved. I was also given information on where to see competitions, and other interests suggested to me. Great place!
I don't not have enough time to say how amazing this place is. It has been great for our family opening us up to the world of horses. Cheryl is the world's most patient person with my daughter. All the instructors teach much more than how to ride, they teach a love and respect for the horse, facility, and sport. The facility is beautiful. Well kept. We went from "trying out " horse riding to now 3 months in, 2 of us in the family our doing lessons. Love Select Show. Excited for what the future holds at such a great barn.
Everyday Dressage has changed my relationship with my horse in so many positive ways. I thought dressage was all about making your horse look fancy. I've learned that it's about helping you and your horse communicate. Without Shelley and Everyday Dressage I probably would have given up on my horse, maybe even on riding. Instead I look forward to every minute.
I teach beginner to intermediate riders. Students will learn equitation as well as train for their preferred discipline. I have taught students who contest, hint seat, and equitation and horsemanship. I am pretty versatile when it comes to disciplines. I am the manager of the lesson program at Saint Mary of the Woods College. I am an instructor in the lesson program and am working towards a bachelor of science in equine studies. I push my students to be the best they can be. If I don't think I can get a student to a higher level I will help to find someone who can.
I provide private horseback riding lessons. Learn to control the horse's entire body and your own at the same time.
At Open Door Equine Inc. we strive to make our clients happy. We want to make your horse experience the best you have ever had. We do this by customizing our teaching to your learning style. We also believe that horses are healers.
I give dressage and show jump lessons. I got my equestrian education in The Netherlands. It has everything to do with keeping the horse relaxed when it has to perform!
If you can't ride bareback, you can't ride at all. So, I suggest you hop on your horse and ride. You can always tell if you are meant to ride because you have to find the steps and trust your horse.
You can come to me or I'll come to you. I teach hunter, jumper and equitation. I teach basic beginner to advanced students. I have been riding all my life and have been trained by the best in the country. I come from a long line of horsemen and woman on both sides of my family, including world championships held by my father and Olympic qualifier. I can help with problem horses or problem riders.
Room To Ride (R2R) is a well-managed English and hunter/jumper riding lesson stable. We welcome business from all ages and skill levels. With expert instructors, indoor and outdoor arenas, and skilled lesson horses, we need only you!
I provide horseback riding lessons from beginners through intermediate. I come to your house and help you and your horse figure your way through the maze of dressage (or just basic good riding skills). I am qualified by 30 years of riding and show experience through 3rd level.
Horse back riding is relaxing, and can lead to many improvements in your overall health
First off, I'm 20 but I have been riding since I was 4. I started barrel racing since I was 7. I had a few genital men help me learn how to ride then my uncle passes away so now I don't show cause I don't have a horse. So I can teach to contesting events(barrels) or I could just teach to just ride your horse on trails or in the back yard. If you interested, call me and will work on prices normally one day of work is $35 unless you like far.
