I planned a dinner for My Spouse's Birthday to be prepared in our home. Erin was a very easy to work with. She was extremely responsive and stayed in constant communication with me on every menu item. The menu consisted of a srimp Margarita appetizer and a spring mix salad with a vinegarette dressing and a seafoodbisque soup. Lobster and Salmon made up the main course meats with rostered root vegetables. Erin arrived promptly as she said she would. Our meal was prepared and served in a timely manner. Everything was absolutely delicious. We will use Erin again was we were extremely pleased with our meal. We absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a chef to come to their home or elsewhere they would have an event for a chef prepare a meal. Julian and Julia Johnson

Erin is an excellent Chef. The food was 5 star. Her passion is reflected in her meals. Very professional, responsive and service oriented. She prepared a delicious Italian dinner for my wife 50th birthday. Would definitely use her services again.

My siblings and I wanted to do something special for our uncle on his 90th birthday. We contacted Erin's Edibles to prepare and serve an authentic Polish dinner for him, my aunt and cousins at their home. Erin was extremely responsive and flexible in setting up the menu and scheduling the meal around my uncle's and cousins' availability. They reported the meal was excellent and served in a professional manner. Erin took care of all the details, procured all the menu items, brought her own cookware and utensils and cleaned up after the meal was done. Everyone had a great time. I would absolutely use her services again for a similar event.

If I could give Erin and Erin's Edibles 7 stars out of 5 I would. From the pre-planning stage to the post meal follow up her and her company were outstanding! I used her to help come over and prepare a meal for my engagement celebration. Erin went out of her way to come over twice prior to the meal date to ensure everything was perfect. We went over everything to her arrival, the meal, table decorations and kitchen layout. Of course the meal was unbelievably good but furthermore she follow up with me to ensure everything tasted to our liking before leaving the neighborhood. The even better part is the place mats, table candles, linen napkins, menu holder and ice bucket were all provided by Erin's Edibles and said we could keep it!! I would recommend Erin and Erin's Edibles confidently to anyone that has the the chance to book her. (see photos that they took of me and fiancé and some we took of the meal) Thanks again Erin!!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? In order to best meet my customers needs, I find that pricing out each event is the most fair method for everyone. If need be, I can bring everything needed including China, flatware and even table clothes with matching napkins. Need a beautiful vase of flowers, no problem. Erin's Edibles is a full service business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet my new clients as soon as possible. I believe that the more I know about my client and their specific needs the easier it will be for me to create a perfect experience for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? While I have no formal culinary training I've spent quite a few years working both in restaurants and delicatesstins. I've been cooking almost all of my life and my family and friends are sure to show up when I'm cooking, at home or even on our boat! I've even had them drop in after simply driving by and "following their nose!"
