FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I may offer less expensive services as I am not as experienced as others in this field. However, I am knowledgeable. Pricing depends on how many days per week you would like to meet and whether or not you would like to include nutritional knowledge in your services. It is important to know that results are 25% the workout and 75% what you put in your body (nutrition).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am consistently learning things through my own coaches and trainers that I enjoy relaying to others. However, my goal is to continue on in my pursuit of dietary training and instructor certifications quarterly to gain in knowledge and strength as a trainer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I recently decided to get into Personal Training as I realized my favorite part of the day was my time in the gym. I have been cross- training for over two years and surpassed goals I never knew were possible. After sharing my nutrition and training secrets with others, friends encouraged me to pursue it as a career. It occurred to me that this could be much more than a hobby.
