I provide a certified thorough & complete home mold inspection from top to bottom and even outside to see what exactly is contributing to your mold and moisture problem. Humidity reading, thermal imaging, moisture meter reading are just a few things included if needed in the inspection.
When inspection is completed I will then sit down with you and explain the situation and what the options are to solve the situation.
I provide mold air sampling (separate cost) to see what type of molds you are breathing in and how much is in the air. This will help see how the problem is affecting the whole house and will be a good reference for a “before and after” mold removal air quality picture so you can see how well the problem has been taken care of. The testing can be done the same day and only takes 5 minutes per test, I send the results to a certified lab and have the results back in several days.
I also provide remediation or removal services if needed.

They did an absolutely fantastic job across the board. Ben is very easy to talk to in helping you understand what is going on in the house and helping you understand the process they use. We had very deadly numbers of mold in the house and basement, bad enough that the house was not livable at all. He took every floor down to 0! Not one molecule in the house after he was done with everything.

Breathe Easy- He knows his stuff. I've hired others who only masked the problem. He knew right away what needed to be done to make this fixable, and told me things other contractors never did/educated me on that I needed to know. And when you come back into your home, no weird smells. His solution not only works but is safe, even for smell sensitive people like myself who are told to avoid chemicals whenever possible. Hoping to not have anymore issues but if I do I will continue to work with him. He came recommended by several local holistic practitioners.

Breathe Easy Mold Solutions was very knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. We had bought a new property and there was mold in the basement due to lack of dehumidifiers running from previous owners. We were on a tight timeline between closing and move in date. And they came in and eradicated the mold in a 24 hr. window. I thought they were very reasonably priced. And we would have paid more for the services given as the value was there. 5-Star service for a 5-Star company. Highly recommended. You do not want to mess around with mold. Its such a huge health hazard!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m competitive with my pricing, if competitors are cheaper than me it’s ok, they don’t have the customer satisfaction and service that comes with hiring me. I can also do referral discounts or compensation if interested. The University of Notre Dame has used our services several times and even wrote a letter of recommendation about our company!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will spend time on the phone asking specific questions about the situation and the client’s health. After we schedule an inspection we will come out and inspect your home inside and out, top to bottom, under, behind and in everything we can while respecting your privacy, we spend the necessary time needed to inspect and sit down and alleviate your concerns and we’ll go over the solutions.
We can do air quality tests on spot if needed to see what type of mold and how much of it you are breathing in, we provide some great remediation Solutions and if we don’t think we can do it we’ll tell you, we won’t try to do something we aren’t qualified for, and we know you want it done right. We also go over some exclusive products that we are an authorized distributor of, some of these products are so exciting!
We are also associated with some of the best naturopathic and alternative health practitioners in the region that can help you get your health back on track in a safe and natural way, we care about your long-term well-being!
It usually takes test results 4-5 business days to come back. Then any lingering questions by our clients will be answered via calls or texts. We won’t leave you hanging!
