- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on a sliding scale, because I believe that those who are in need of coaching should be able to access this service. I work out a fee schedule with a client during our initial consultation, and send this agreement in writing to them prior to the first coaching session. I do ask for payment prior to the first "official" coaching session, as this is my confirmation that the client is on board.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial consultation with a client is at no charge, and is designed to allow me to get to know the client, their goals, and their expectations of the coaching process and the coach. It also allows me to set the ground rules of our coaching sessions, discuss fees and schedules and work together to create the ideal coaching arrangement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained through MentorCoach to enhance my coaching skills, and am currently enrolled in hypnotherapy coursework. I found that overcoming certain pain points requires more than just talking a client through them. My undergraduate studies included earning a minor in behavioral psychology.
