- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair and honest upfront pricing. I work mostly by bids which means when I give you a price that's what it is. No surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to me in person. I can get a better idea of what you're wanting built and discuss your options in person. when it comes to repairs it's usually best to meet you so you can describe the problem. If you can describe the problem accurately that will make you repair less costly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate's degree. studies included electrical and home maintenance. 30 years experience in the construction and maintenance industry. I have on the job experience with almost everything residential. I've also worked 10 years in the building material sales industry during that 30-years of experience.
