While taping seams on my hvac ducts, one of them just fell apart, Matt came out the next day and made the repair, told us afterwards that the builder had made a mistake and cut the hole for the vent in wrong place, so for the past 10 years I have owned the home heat and a/c were being pumped into basement, Matt did a fantastic job of making sure that it was sealed properly and hopefully after I am done taping and insulating there will be little chance of heat or a/c loss
