I just had a warranty check done by Jason D. and he did an excellent job. He was very friendly, did a great job explaining everything that was going on with our furnace and never once tried to upsell on anything we did not need. He explained what may be needed in the future, a program they have for value added on parts and service. He was very knowledgeable. We had Shawn come out and repair a cut water line from a pedestal sink we had removed ourselves. He then installed a new vanity, sink, and faucet we had purchased. He arrived to assess the situation and once he had left to get parts he needed, returned and did not leave until the job was completed. Everything looks fabulous.
